📋 Required Before Booking Is Confirmed

✅Once your booking has been made, a 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required

✅ You must complete our Pet Information Form after booking

✅ All pets must be fully vaccinated (certificate required)

✅ Drop-off and collection are by appointment only

⚠️ Kennel cough vaccinations must be administered at least 14 days before your pet’s stay
🚫 Important Rules

❌ Female dogs and cats in season will not be accepted

❌ Male cats must be neutered

❌ We do not accept unvaccinated pets
🕒 Drop-Off & Collection Times
Morning 9:00am – 11:00am
Evening 4:00pm – 6:00pm
⏰ Late pickups will incur a £5 fee for every 30 minutes after 6pm.
📅 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start of your pet’s stay will receive a full refund of the deposit.

If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your pet’s stay, 50% of the total booking cost will be non-refundable.

No-shows or late cancellations may restrict future bookings
