✅ All pets must be fully vaccinated (certificate required)

✅ Drop-off and collection are by appointment only
🚫 Important Rules

❌ Female dogs and cats in season will not be accepted

❌ Male cats must be neutered

❌ We do not accept unvaccinated pets
🕒 Drop-Off & Collection Times
Morning 9:00am – 11:00am
Evening 4:00pm – 6:00pm
⏰ Late pickups will incur a £5 fee for every 30 minutes after 6pm.
📅 Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full deposit refund

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will lose the deposit

No-shows or late cancellations may restrict future bookings
🧾 What You’ll Need on Drop-Off:

Vaccination certificate (must be valid and up to date)

Your pet’s food (if not using ours)

Any medications with clear instructions
